Appraisal Services of the Treasure Coast, Inc. is a full service residential and commercial real estate appraisal company with local expertise specializing in the Martin County and St. Lucie County areas. Our company prides itself on its product quality and integrity in accepting and completing real estate appraisal and review assignments.

The company’s president and owner is Christopher John McDonald who is a local Florida native of St. Lucie County. He is a graduate of Brigham Young University-Hawaii Campus with a Bachelors of Science business degree majoring in Hotel, Restaurant, & Hospitality Management www.byuh.edu/academics/. Mr. McDonald started his appraisal career in 1992 with appraising residential properties and later advanced into commercial property valuation. Over the past 17 years as an appraiser he has gained a wide variety of advanced appraisal experience and techniques. As president of Appraisal Services of the Treasure Coast Inc. he takes pride in providing his clients with well-researched and technically accurate appraisal reports.
